They listenintently and give the customer the confidence they need to make thebest product decision . They own TempurPedic products and areadvocates of the brand.
Our Sales Associatesbring a diverse set of life experiences to the role. While wewelcome the opportunity to consider those individuals that have atraditional retail sales background we are open to consideringother backgrounds and experiences.
Individuals with backgrounds inconsultative selling environment would transition well into thisrole.
Essential RoleResponsibilities :
- Demonstrateenthusiasm and interest for providing exceptional customer serviceand creating a welcoming and consultative experience
- Provide excellence in customer service including productinformation and appropriate followup
- Supportthe store in maintaining the standards of presentation and productcare
- Foster and support a collaborative andopen envi ronment
- Ensure all safety andsecurity procedures are followed
- Maintain aconsistently neat and professional appearance in accordance withcompany dress code standards
- Special dut iesas assigned by store management

Requirements
- 13 years retail sales experience (or equivalentcombination of education and experience) with highend luxury and / orcustom products
- Strong ability to connectwith customers build trust and foster relationships
- Flexibility in work schedule reflecting the needs andpatterns of store hours
- Selfdirected andable to work independently
- Ability todevelop interpersonal skills and capabilities through ongoingtraining as provided by the company
