The ViClarity team is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Compliance Auditor to join our team! This individual will play a key role in providing compliance audit services to credit unions and banks.

What You'll Be Doing
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, efficient compliance solutions including comprehensive compliance audits, lending audits, deposit audits, BSA independent tests, ACH audits, website / social media reviews, and other relevant services.
- Complete audits successfully from beginning to end, ensuring conclusions are well-documented and supported.
- Schedule audits and audit kick-off and exit meetings and provide ongoing client communication.
- Utilize Salesforce and other software to track client engagements and create efficiencies.
- Stay informed of current federal / state laws and regulations and other applicable rules for financial institutions.
- Interpret and communicate laws and regulations and provide solutions.
- Maintain current auditing tools, processes, and procedures that represent industry best practices and address regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director, Audit Services to develop and implement a business development strategy.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
- C redit union / banking and lending (consumer, mortgage, and / or commercial) experience required.
- Operational knowledge of credit unions / banks and audit procedures required.
- Knowledge of industry best practices related to audit execution.
- Knowledge of federal laws and regulations affecting credit unions and banks.
- Strong research, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong rapport with clients.
- Excellent public speaking and business development skills.
