The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that involve mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, pumps, and other machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to determine root causes.
  • Repair hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, and other machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete projects.
  • Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
