- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, architecture, architectural technology, landscape architecture, business administration, or public administration, etc.
- 30-hour OSHA (Construction)
- Electrical Engineering degree preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, communications & fire alarm design and construction projects and related codes and standards
- CADD experience is desirable but not required
