Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent service within the call center for customers' retirement savings accountsEducate and empower customers without making cold calls or salesProcess contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes as directed by customersRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationAvailability to work a 40-hour week, including non-traditional hours and occasional SaturdaysAssociate's degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experienceFINRA Series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensureCapability to work overtime as required based on business needs
