Develop injection molding processes using scientific molding principles to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery targets for injection molded automotive parts manufacturing.

Design and implement injection molding process including process design, process plan, design plan for production, track tool and equipment progress report, problem follow up sheet, injection process condition sheet, PFMEA, and work instructions.

Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Moldex 3D software for mold design, cell layout design, mold plastic flow simulation, etc.

Program work cells integrating tooling, robotics, and end of arm tooling. Qualify molds and secondary equipment for new and existing products as needed.

Develop and implement action plan activities to improve safety, quality, production, delivery, and 5s. Drive productivity improvements through Single-Minute Exchange of Dies and Total Productive Maintenance activities.
