Together these facilities offerpatients the best rehab and nursing care they can obtain aftertheir hospital discharge.

• RN Supervisororganizes oversees & supervises assigned unit activities &staff assignments & demonstrates clinical expertise which isconsistent with the established standards of NursingPractice
• RN Supervisor will identify &respond appropriately & timely to patientneeds
• Monitor observe & document vitalsigns treatments administered & patientresponses.
• RN Supervisor will administermedications & treatments asneeded
• Communicate and direct services ongoingor any plan / concerns / information to appropriate team membersresident family or medical staff asneeded
• Identify & follow disciplinaryaction as stated in policy
• Collaborate withinterdisciplinary team physicians & othervendors / services
• Perform RN assessment toresidents post incidents or change incondition.
• Lead & direct emergencysituations (Fire alarm Elopement etc.)
• Maintainaccurate nursing report staffing sheets & censusroster

Requirements :

• Current & good standing RN License in Stateof New York
• Previous experience withgeriatric / short term rehabilitation / Alzheimers patients isdesirable
• Progressive Nursing experience in ageriatric setting. Supervisory experiencepreferred.
• Dedicated to providing extraordinaryquality compassionate care to eachresident
• Genuinely interested in helping illinjured disabled elderly emotionally upset & sometimeschallenging residents
• Have patience &willingness to assist any residents &coworkers
• Have excellent communicationinterpersonal customer service & organizationskills
• Able to work well under pressureflexible & will work harmoniously with allstaff
