Job Description :
Join our 5A Surgical ACE unit, a 32-bed unit specializing in adult and older adult care. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1 : 5, ensuring comprehensive care for each individual.
- Care for trauma patients and administer Heparin drips and all acute medications as ordered.
- Maintain proficiency in BLS / ACLS.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient documentation and patient care coordination.
- Utilize specialty equipment such as gait belts, geriatric chairs, and PT equipment.
- Prior experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehab, and NICHE training is a plus.
Qualifications :
- Active RN license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
