It is the responsibility of the Client Patient Coordinator (CPC) to maintain the communication lines between the doctor and client, provide daily financial and medical updates on all in-hospital patients, and handle client phone calls and questions.

This position requires a very organized and dependable individual, who can manage multiple tasks at the same time with a great deal of positive energy.
Superior communication skills and excellent client service skills are paramount while managing associated tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment.
The CPC role is to help clients create true bonds with our doctors and staff, and ensure that our clients know we truly care for them and their pets.
This person must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic environment, or extensive client service experience in another field.
Compensation is based on experience and starts at $17.00 - $19.00 per hr.
