Maintenance Worker

Now Hiring : Maintenance Worker in Kailua

Pay Rate : $19.50 per hour

Schedule : Tues-Sat, 9 : 30am-6pm

Responsibilities :

• Clean elevators (1 elevator with 3 floors per building)
• Set up elevators with plywood flooring and wall padding for move-in / out
• Mop floors
• Check and empty glass containers on all floors as necessary
• Daily cleaning of trash rooms
• Clean walls and doors
• Adjust trash chute doors and repair broken air lines going to the air switch
• Clean bathrooms
• Clean barbecue grills, picnic tables, pick up trash, and empty trash containers in courtyards
• Adjust landscape timers and replace bulbs in landscape lights
• Trim atrium plants and maintain planters
• Organize the maintenance room
• Keep reports on daily duties
• Pressure wash sidewalks
• Assist the Site Manager with assignments

Requirements :

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of performing duties such as lifting, cleaning, and repairing
