Job Description :
Location : Atlanta, GA or Troy, MI (Hybrid)
- Designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards to meet the business stakeholders' needs
- Proven ability to design, develop, manage, document and troubleshoot with the MS Power BI suite (Power Query / M / DAX)
- Gathering and understanding business requirements for data visualization and analysis
- Collaborating with data engineers and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes
- Developing self-service models, and data analytics using Power BI service
- Ensuring data security and compliance with best practices
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reports
- Providing training and support to end users on using Power BI
- Documenting data sources, data transformations, and report logic for future reference
- Developing user guides and documentation for end-users
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and trends
- Ability to work in collaboration with the off-shore team to coordinate moves to production and prioritize report development
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on PowerBI tools and customized data analytics apps.
Required Skills :
- years of programming experience, with at least + years in database development and data analytics required
- years of experience with Power Bl, including report development and dashboard creation
- Strong SQL skills with experience in database management and querying
