JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Partner with Physical Therapists to provide support to patients
- Assess recommendations provided by Physical Therapists
- Evaluate individuals and design a tailored treatment plan to enhance mobility, manage pain, restore functionality, and prevent disability.
- Engage in thorough consultations with patients to understand their physical condition and symptoms
- Identify movement dysfunctions and devise an appropriate treatment strategy.
- Educate patients on the correct implementation of therapeutic exercise techniques.
- Administer stimulation or massage therapy to promote healing.
Requirements :
- Associate degree in physical therapy education
- PTA license / certification
- Strong organizational abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to embrace change
- Inherent motivation and proactive attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport with individuals
