Must Haves :
Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
Current unrestricted state licensure as Registered Nurse.
CPR / BCLS certification
Nice-To-Haves :
BSN Preferred Preferred
CRRN Certification preferred
Minimum of two years of previous nursing leadership preferred.
Minimum of two years previous rehab nursing experience preferred
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
Develop and implement nursing care plans
Coordinate staffing schedules and manage personnel performance
Provide consistent, comprehensive and effective patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and manage patient flow
Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure continuity of care
Train, mentor, and coach nursing staff to ensure a high standard of care
Monitor and maintain the nursing budget
