Job Description - Lead Recruiter, Commercial and Global Brand Marketing (2407026138W) Lead Recruiter - Commercial and Global Brand Marketing This position reports into Manager, Talent Access Commercial and Global Brand Marketing and will be based in Skillman, NJ.
Consideration for remote will be considered. Kenvue Corporate Headquarters is currently located in Skillman, NJ but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel : 10% Pay : Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $92,000 to $149,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidates skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
What you will do The Lead Recruiter - Commercial and Global Brand Marketing is responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring diverse candidate flow, and supervising and evaluating junior staff performance.
You will also maintain knowledge of recruiting trends and personnel practices, and serve as the first level of escalation for staffing issues : Key Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Commercial and Global Brand Marketing positions.
Execute the recruiting for hard-to-fill or senior level roles for the region. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
Create and maintain a strong employer brand through various channels, such as social media, job fairs, and networking events.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies. Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment metrics to senior management.
Provide guidance and consultation to business and HR leaders on talent requirements and drive effective and efficient talent acquisition strategy.
Develop and implement differentiated Talent Acquisition strategies and diversity talent initiatives for commercial talent priorities.
Drive operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including data integrity, and adherence to success metrics.
Collaborate and influence other HR and functional partners to ensure the necessary talent is attracted for today and tomorrow.
Identify sourcing channels, leverage social branding and networking to achieve immediate and long-term talent strategies.
Ensure compliance with company standards and policies throughout the recruitment process. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Qualifications What we are looking for Required Qualifications Minimum of 8 years related experience in high-volume recruiting environment with demonstrated ability to lead teams with direct / indirect people leadership experience.
University / Bachelors Degree is required. Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve recruitment challenges.
Desired Qualifications Experience in executing and overseeing ROD, RPO and ability to be agile and creative in solving complex resourcing issues.
Experience leading recruitment efforts for commercial capabilities preferred. Experience recruiting for a CPG company preferred.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail and ability to translate data and insights into strategy.
Ability to translate a business talent strategy into actionable recruiting strategy to address diverse talent needs. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills with strong project management skills.
Experience with Taleo or a similar applicant tracking system and with a talent relationship management system. Knowledge of HR recruitment practices including compensation, global mobility, employment law, interviewing and sourcing strategies.
Proficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn / job boards etc.) and software like MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
