About the Role :
We're seeking a talented Structural Engineer I to join our dynamic Engineering team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the structural integrity of our communication towers.
Your responsibilities will include performing structural analyses, reviewing tower designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct structural analyses of communication towers, including guyed, self-supporting, and monopole structures.
- Review tower designs, modifications, and inspection reports.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) or Engineering Intern (EI) certification preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in communication tower design and analysis, construction engineering, or structural engineering.
- Strong understanding of TIA / EIA-222 code and other relevant standards.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of tower foundation design.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software.
