Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Titan Placement Group is searching for a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Brighton, Massachusetts.

Salary and Benefits :
- Competitive Salary Range based on experience : $55,100 - $77,000
- Health Insurance : Employer contributes 70%

Responsibilities :
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in English and Spanish
- Perform mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
- Advocate for clients' needs and access to resources
Requirements :
- Current and active LCSW license in Massachusetts
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling services
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
