ZoomInfo (ZI) is seeking a dynamic and experienced specialist to run our Customer Recruitment and Engagement efforts. This role is critical in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base for product research purposes and to enhance customer empathy across our product team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer-focused initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a passion for understanding and advocating for customer needs.
What You’ll Do :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer recruitment and engagement strategy to support product research and development initiatives
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and researchers to identify target customer segments and recruitment criteria
- Manage the end-to-end process of recruiting customers for interviews, surveys, beta testing, and other research activities
- Facilitate and coordinate customer engagement activities, such as focus groups, user feedback sessions, and customer advisory boards
- Build and maintain a database of engaged customers willing to participate in product research and feedback opportunities
- Analyze and report on customer feedback and insights to inform product decisions and priorities
- Foster a culture of customer empathy within the product team, ensuring that customer perspectives are integrated into the product development process
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction with the program
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the customer recruitment and engagement program, making adjustments as needed to meet program goals and objectives

What You'll Bring :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in running customer engagement or recruitment, or a similar role, preferably within a product-focused organization
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with customer research methodologies and tools
- Passion for customer advocacy and a deep understanding of the importance of customer empathy in product development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
