Assemble and pack products efficiently to meet production targets
Inspect products for quality and consistency
Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively
Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Label and document finished products accurately
Assist in inventory management and stock control
Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to processes
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Skills :
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Basic math skills for inventory and production counts
Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 40 lbs
Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
