Job Overview :
Develop and execute marketing strategies to create a positive brand reputation in the market and to support the organization’s growth goals.
The Marketing & Communications Specialist position is a Hybrid position.
Your Responsibilities :
- Write clear and compelling marketing messaging.
- Support programs to protect the organization’s positive brand reputation.
- Execute on public relations initiatives to amplify the firm’s brand position.
- Contribute to company website and search engine optimization initiatives.
- Create and implement social media initiatives.
- Launch local campaigns print, digital, direct mail to support market sales objectives.
- Maintain standards of excellence for established processes and methods.
- Always conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
- Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.
- May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Must have a BA / BS degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent work experience (minimum two years proven experience in communications, marketing, or related field).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong writer and content creation abilities.
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Must have strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Proficiency researching the Internet.
- Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure, good time management skills.
