Duration : Open-ended temporary position
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Compensation : $18.00 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Representative for a temporary position in the Monroe area. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly computer literate, and have a passion for customer service, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in-person
Handle heavy data entry with accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with a diverse group of individuals and adapt to varying communication styles
Learn quickly on the job through hands-on experience
Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism while managing challenging customer interactions
Requirements :
Must be highly computer literate and comfortable working with different software programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality
Strong communication skills and a love for phone-based customer interactions
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals
Must be resilient, adaptable, and quick to learn new processes
