Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing efforts, foster strategic partnerships and drive brand growth in the DACH region.
Please note : MUST speak German, full professional proficiency in English.
This role is for 18 months, with the potential of becoming indefinite.
Responsibilities :
Channel Strategy Development :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel marketing strategy tailored to the unique dynamics of the DACH market.
- Analyze regional market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
Partnership Management :
- Maintain relationships with key distribution partners in DACH, including distributors, resellers and strategic alliances.
- Work with partners to co-create marketing plans that align with Cricut's overall brand and business goals.
Campaign Planning and Execution :
- Lead the planning and execution of targeted co-marketing campaigns with channel partners, tailored to local preferences.
- Develop attractive marketing and promotional materials tailored to the DACH market.
Lead Generation and Sales Support :
- Drive region-specific lead generation programs and work closely with partners to maximize reach and impact.
- Provide partners with the training and resources necessary for effective product promotion and sales support.
Market Analysis and Reporting :
- Use data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to the DACH market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Collaborate with consumer and digital marketing teams, sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
Management of Agencies & External Field Teams :
Effectively manage and steer Marketing- & Retail Agencies and external Field Teams. Provide resources , trainings and regular updates to secure smooth and efficient operations.
Budget Management :
Plan & Track the DACH Marketing Budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in channel marketing and the consumer retail market (preferably DACH region).
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans.
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in German is required, full professional proficiency in English
- Affinity with craft and / or other creative hobbies is a plus
