Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight coordination and product management within the manufacturing industry.
• Extensive understanding and use of internal and external PC systems.
• Ability to operate picking equipment or assist on the dock / staging area when needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight and product to meet customer demands, maintaining internal inventory, accurate system data, and tracking requirements.
• Determine proper shipping container / pallet sizes needed to ship product without damage.
• Develop pick lists and staging areas for pickers / dock staff to pull and stage.
• Print all required paperwork, including packing slips, bar codes, waybills, and other international paperwork as needed.
