Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer/Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer / Project Manager to support our vision of becomming the best water consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering work in various engineering fields within the infrastructure practice such as pipelines, pump stations, and reservoirs.
• Manage engineering designs and reports for medium to large sizes of moderate to high complexity projects.
• Responsible for budget, schedule, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
• Direct several subordinate supervisors or team leaders.
• Train and monitor internal staff.
• Responsible for acting independently and making authoritative decisions on technical matters.
• Develop signficant relationships with new and existing clients and responsible for client maintenance.
• Support firm's relationships with client management personnel.
• Responsible for identifying and directing subconsultants performing services on projects.
• Active in professional associations, including presenting technical papers, serving as a member on technical committees, and / or serving as an officer of of a local or national organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 25 or more years of water and wastewater infrastructure with at least 15 years of experience in project management
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in Texas
• Demostrated experiences in the design and construction of medium to large sized water and / or wastewater infrastructure projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations, and quality standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team
