The development team is based in Switzerland, Germany, Spain and Poland. You will work in a multinational and diverse environment,where you’re encouraged to grow and learn.

As a Project Manager / Consultant you will collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines and ensure that all stakeholders are working togetherto meet the project’s objectives.

You will act as a bridge between Clients and Developers.

Hybrid work and some visits to the client locations will be required (up to 20 %). The role is based in the German - speaking part of Switzerland.

Your Tasks Will Include :

• Managing the successful implementation of the business software
• Developing project plans and solution proposals based on user stories
• Monitoring progress of project deliverables
• Communicating with various stakeholders throughout the process
• Conducting presentations and workshops for clients

To be a good fit for the Project Manager / Consultant role you will have :

• Studies in information technology and / or business administration
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in managing IT projects according to Agile methodology (preferably SCRUM or Kanban)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with problem-solving abilities
• Very good English and German

Nice to have :

• Knowledge of French
• Experience with Python
• Experience with Odoo
