JOB DESCRIPTION
- Community Manager : At least 2-year experience in residential property management in a Community Manager or related role.
- Assistant Community Manager : At least 1 year experience in residential property management in an Assistant Manager role or related experience in collections / bookkeeping required.
- Leasing Professional : At least 1 year experience in apartment leasing, real estate, or related sales role required. Must have outstanding customer service and sales ability and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills.
Maintenance Supervisor : At least 2 years' experience required in an apartment maintenance / service role or similar field of maintenance.
HVAC and EPA certification required.
Maintenance Technician : At least 1 year experience required in apartment maintenance / service role or similar field of maintenance.
HVAC and EPA certifications strongly preferred.
Groundskeeper / Make Ready Specialists : Previous property upkeep experience in a groundkeeper, porter, apartment turn, or related role preferred.
Strong customer service skills required.
Additional Compensation :
- Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and / or quarterly bonus programs.
