Job Description : As an Entry Level Remote Travel Specialist, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements.
You will provide excellent customer service, offer personalized travel recommendations, and ensure a smooth booking process.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about travel and eager to start their career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budgets.
- Book flights, hotels, and activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
- Provide information on travel regulations, insurance, and safety protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends.
- Handle customer issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality, travel, or related field is a plus.
- Strong passion for travel and knowledge of various destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using computers and online booking systems (experience with travel software is a plus).
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
