About the role
Rippling is looking for an experienced Sr. SDR Enablement Program Manager to own SDR programs. You will partner with SDR leadership and be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of our SDRs and sales professionals by owning multiple SDR learning pathways and delivering sales training.
You’ll enable our SDR teams to ensure they onboard effectively and support coaching to hit their quotas.
On a typical day, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and standardize best practices, develop training plans, facilitate live and virtual sessions, and conduct 1 : 1 coaching sessions with SDRs.
Ideal candidates will have strong SaaS go-to-market experience, have polished facilitation abilities, strong coaching / mentorship skills, and be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a learning-focused individual with a strong sense of urgency and personal accountability.
What you will do
- Train and Coach - Design and deliver effective training during onboarding and building coaching sessions for reps who need additional support.
- Program Management - Manage SDR Enablement Program focused on every SDR segment and follow-up supplemental support for Outbound SDR cohorts.
- Collaborate - Partner with Enablement, SDR Leadership, and Revenue Operations to ensure SDRs are ramping successfully.
- Analyze - Run metrics-focused initiatives in partnership with Onboarding Enablement and SDR Leaders to ensure our team is ramping up quickly and increasing time to effectiveness.
What you will need
- Undergraduate degree and / or equivalent work experience required
- 3+ years of project management experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- SDR, AE, quota-carrying or enablement experience required
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a bias towards action
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact
