Behavioral Health Medical Biller
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Behavioral Health Medical Biller for our healthcare client located in North Hollywood.
This position will be a contract role and will be 100% onsite and a full-time schedule. Interested candidates are required to have experience billing for behavioral health.
This role will be focused on full cycle medical billing for our client - front and backend parts of the billing cycle - and candidates must be knowledgeable of all payers, including commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare.
This will be a high-volume position and our client is looking for someone who can jump right into the billing duties!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Medical Billing / Coding Certification desired (not required)
- Minimum 3-5 years behavioral health medical billing experience required
- Must be proficient within Microsoft Office and EMR Systems
Skills
- Strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks throughout the day
- Able to analyze and problem solve with little to no management assistance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette
- Ability to meet production metrics as expected by management
- Tech savvy and can work well within multiple software systems
Pay Details : $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
