Clinical supervision is available for LMSW-cc and current MSW students, and in-house training is provided to meet certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and strengths
• Develop and implement strengths-based treatment plans tailored to each client
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources
• Promote health and wellness through education and support
• Advocate for clients' rights and support their families in accessing necessary services
• Facilitate small group sessions to provide additional support to clients
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress

Requirements :

• MHRT-C or MHRT-C Provisional Certification : Current certification or eligibility for MHRT-C / p, with paid training available for qualified candidates.
• Independent Decision-Making : Strong ability to think independently and make sound decisions.
• Transportation : Reliable transportation for community visits.
• Background Checks : Must pass background checks and not be listed on any state or federal suspension or debarment lists.
