Description of Job Duties
Coaching and mentorship will be provided. The position is flexible to be adjusted to the level of the skills of the chosen candidate and is supervised and coached by managers with industry experience.
Some of the potential duties can include :
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms (Instagram & LinkedIn) BB1 , marketing materials, and promotional content.
- Participate in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance the center’s online presence.· Schedule and publish content on various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.· Generate creative and engaging content for different audiences.
- Collaborate with the team to align content with the center’s objectives.· Research and stay updated on industry trends to propose engaging content ideas.
Assist the CCPD staff with related projects and events. Do the job duties for this position include any driving requirements?
No Job Qualifications · Must be enrolled as a student at North Central College.· Must have an eye for graphic / visual design (experience in Canva is a plus).
- Must have 8 hours per week availability. This internship is eligible for Career Readiness Career Experiential (CARD300) requirement if directly relevant to career goals.
- Understanding of major social media platforms.· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.· Commitment to equity and inclusion for all students.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.· Previous social media, marketing and event planning experience is a plus.
Will this position be working with minors? No Approximate number of work hours per week 6-8 This internship can be eligible for the CARD 300 field experience requirement, provided that the intern works at least six hours per week to meet the 90-hour field hour requirement. Posting Detail Information
