- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients' medical concerns
- Instruct patients on preventive health care, medications, and strategies for healthy living
- Perform diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests and imaging examinations
- Observe patients' progression and keep precise medical records
- Develop treatment plans for patients, modifying medications and care as required
- Familiarity with Value-Based Care Qualifications :
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine
- Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and treating medical conditions
- Hold a valid and active medical license in Virginia
- Show familiarity with contemporary medical techniques, technology, and procedures Compensation : $190,000 - $240,000 yearly
