Job Description
Plans utilization of office and lab space with requirements of organizational efficiency, and available facilities and funds.
Plans, coordinates, and allocates office and lab space for all locations. Develops and recommends long-range plans to meet future office and lab space needs.
Formulates, recommends, and ensures compliance with approved standards and policies relating to office and lab space and furnishings.
May provide liaison with owners of rented office space in matters relating to planning and implementation of alterations / leasehold improvements, occupancy, and adherence to lease allowance and terms.
