A top-rated firm in Bellevue, WA that has received national recognition for employee happiness has an opening for a strong Tax Senior or Tax Manager to join their tax team due to growth.
This is a midsize firm with great growth opportunities to work with some of the largest private companies in the Northwest doing complex work for a broad range of clients, but in a setting with a very cooperative culture, partner path opportunity, great benefits, pay, great flexibility in schedule and the ability to adjust to a part-time schedule.
This firm works with partnerships, LLCs, S-Corps and C-Corps in industries such as Real Estate, Manufacturing, Construction, Distribution and Technology as well as high net worth individuals.
Tax Seniors and Tax Senior Managers are also encouraged to apply as there is flexibility in structure. The environment is positive, family friendly and professional.
Compensation range is from $95,000 - 140,000 for a Tax Manager. A CPA is required except in specialized circumstances. Benefits are very competitive, related certification costs are covered, parking is covered and candidates can work from home with occasional office visits.
Busy season hours for tax are 60-65 total hours with much more flexibility with often sub-40 hour weeks through the summer.
