Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager for our Golden Valley, MN location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, manage and grow a team responsible for planning and executing Systems Engineering activities for advanced technology and product development.
• Facilitate collaboration with other development functions, as well as research, supply chain, manufacturing and engineering support organizations, to ensure successful execution of projects, programs and business strategy
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team and business performance and efficiency
• Support generation of proposal artifacts, including material / hours estimates and detailed technical volumes.
• Active contribution to technical milestone and deliverable achievement

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS : Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE :

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
• 8+ years of experience in Engineering
• 3+ years’ experience leading technical teams
• Demonstrable knowledge in the application of Systems Engineering (Requirements, Concept, Architecture, Interfaces, -Implementation, Integration, Verification and Validation)
• citizenship isrequired due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able toobtain and maintain a . Government security clearance.

Be able to travel up to 20%
