Clinical Nurse Coordinator ($50-60 / hr)
We areseeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to supervise the clinical operations ofall nursing floors in the absence of the Nurse Manager and / or Director ofNursing.
This role involves assuming administrative responsibilities for theCenter in the absence of executive administrative personnel.
The idealcandidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and be flexibleto work at both our Roslindale and Dedham sites.
This position offers acompetitive pay range of $50-60 / hr and the opportunity to work in a supportiveand dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure appropriate nursing care through clinical rounds and supportcharge nurses in medical interventions
- Maintain safety and security measures for patients, visitors, andstaff, and address crisis situations as necessary
- Oversee family matters requiring immediate attention and managecompliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures
- Adjust staffing and scheduling to meet immediate needs and communicateconcerns to Nurse Manager / Director of Nursing
- Serve as a resource for staff development, collaborate with NurseManager / Director of Nursing on clinical issues, and maintain collaborativerelationships with support staff
- Monitor supply and equipment use for budget compliance, conducteducational programs, and support Quality Improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
- Active MA RN license with a minimum of 2 years in a hospital settingor 3-5 years in long-term care
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in roles such as chargenurse, supervisor, or staffing
- Flexibility to work at both Roslindale and Dedham sites and theability to educate and train staff
- Strong competency in nursing skills and the ability to workeffectively with diverse personality types
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adhere todepartmental policies, procedures, and objectives
- BLS Certification required; ACLS Certification preferred
