Requirements :
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Or Marriage and Family
- Bilingual Preferred
Responsibilities :
- Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm
- Provides Clinical And Supportive Services For Individuals Who Were Formerly Homeless And Now Living in the Community And Suffer From Co-Occurring Disorders / Substance Use
- Conducting Biopsychosocial Assessments
- Develops, Implements, and Monitors Client’s Treatment Plans Monthly as Needed
- Seeing 4-5 Clients a Day
