Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility of running fast food unit with approximately $1-2 Million in sales per year
- Financial analysis and forecasting
- Sales Building
- Train, coach, and motivate hourly workers
- Performance feedback and corrective action
- Maintenance of facility and equipment
- Financial reporting

Position Requirements
- 2 to 3 year's experience as an Assistant Manager in a fast food, fast casual, or quick serve restaurant..
- Experience with $1.5MM or higher restaurants.
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9 years, unless you relocated, a location closed / was sold.
- Ability to demonstrate personal success stories.
- Experience with a drive-thru window preferred, but not required.
- Valid unrestricted driver license.
- SERV Safe certification preferred.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
