Broadway Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for an experienced Physician Associate (PA). We are looking to find an PA to join our adult primary care team who is a true believer in providing quality care to their patients, and wanting to have their own panel of patients! Our Providers will work with a team who will assist in running an efficient practice while providing the best care to our patients.

Position Details :

• Full Time Opportunity (but part-time is also an option)
• Flexible hours and scheduling : typically providers work 4 days per week, plus 1 rotating Saturday (8 am-12pm) every 4-6 weeks.

Rotating Saturday is a shared requirement for all providers.

• Training Provided
• Work with a full support staff including a shared nurse (between you and 1 other provider on your work days), and your own assigned medical assistant.

You will also have a patient care coordinator working with you and up to 3 other providers (depending upon full and part-time schedules).

• This position is in Adult Internal Medicine, and as such functions as a PCP. You will have your own panel of patients.
• Most of our PCP's see 16-24 patients per day

Compensation :

For full time status we use a baseline definition of 4 days per week+ rotating Saturday, from 8 : 30 am-5pm. Salary would be $140,000 plus quarterly production bonuses based on wRVUs.

The base salary is adjusted based upon contracted hours accordingly.

Must have the following :

• At least 3 years experience in same or related specialty
• Or least 3 years experience in a clinical out-patient care setting
• Board Certification of eligibility
• Must have active unrestricted Oregon PA License
• Ability to collaborate with the team of staff
