The On-Site Coordinator oversees daily staffing operations at a client's worksite, ensuring staffing needs are met promptly and efficiently to maintain high client and employee satisfaction.
This role requires strong organizational skills, interpersonal abilities, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities :
Staffing Management :
- Coordinate with client's management to understand staffing needs.
- Monitor employee schedules, shift assignments, and attendance.
- Provide staffing report to make sure the staffing needs are met daily.
Employee Relations :
- Build positive relationships with on-site employees, addressing questions and concerns.
- Act as primary contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Client Relationship Management :
- Establish strong relationships with client representatives.
- Collaborate with clients to forecast staffing needs and address potential gaps.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Provide reports and updates on staffing metrics.
Schedule :
- Must have a flexible schedule and must be able to work weekends.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing activities.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and databases.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
