Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project leadership skills and a proven track record in managing diverse teams and complex projects.
This role requires proficiency in various project management tools and methodologies, including Trello, Smartsheet, Blue Beam software and Six Sigma, to ensure that all project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize project management software such as Blue Beam and Project Server to track progress and manage resources.
- Develop detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Implement process mapping techniques to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, making adjustments as necessary.
- Manage contracts with vendors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and foster collaboration.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management with a strong emphasis on leadership and team management.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Smartsheet, and Project Server.
- Familiarity with process mapping methodologies and Six Sigma principles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A degree in Project Management.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
