Property manager needed to manage two properties for a local property management firm in the Little Armenia area, near Sunset Blvd and Western Ave .
The position is Full time and the manager will live onsite at one of the properties. Responsibilities : (Not Limited To) : Collection of Rent & Delinquencies Generating and Posting of notices as needed Schedule and review maintenance service requests as needed Obtain bids and maintain relationships with vendors Advertise, market and lease vacant units Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants Requirements : (Not Limited To) : Must live at one of the properties being managed 1 year of onsite property manager experience preferred GED or HS Diploma Valid Driver's license, this is a MUST Vehicle that can be used for work purposes on a daily basis Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law / regulations Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Must already live in the Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley area Compensation : $4000-4250 / month gross salary (DOE) w / rent deduction.
