Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management & Execution : Plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for new real estate development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Strategic Marketing, Content Creation & Brand Management : Assist Director of Marketing in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing plans, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content creation, and print advertising.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, website content, press releases, advertisements, and CRM emails.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
Collaboration & Event Management : Work closely with developers, sales teams, graphic designers, and external agencies to create and execute marketing materials and campaigns.
Plan and execute marketing events, open houses, and launch events to promote new developments and attract potential buyers.
Market Research & Analytics : Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive analysis, and market trends.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and regular reports to stakeholders for continuous optimization.
- Budget Management : Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Stakeholder Communication & Professionalism : Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, campaign performance, and upcoming initiatives.
Prepare and present statistical reports to executive leadership on sales success and overall project progress. Uphold a high level of professionalism in all interactions, particularly in weekly meetings with developer clients.
Work Location : This position can be based in Summit County, Eagle County, or the Front Range region in Colorado. You’ll enjoy a hybrid schedule, working both remotely and from our offices, with occasional to frequent travel throughout our markets.
Schedule : Typically, Monday - Friday. You may be required to work outside of this schedule for events.
Salary : Starting at $72,000 / year + 10% Annual Bonus Potential.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and project management, preferably within the real estate industry. 5+ Years.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and print advertising.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively and professionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse personalities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with event planning and execution is a plus.
