Client Service Representative (CSR)
We are a premier electrical company that services the Greater Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. We have served the Greater Baton Rouge Area for the last 15 years solving electrical problems for our clients and helping them achieve their goals with a high functioning electrical system.
We are still in business and continue to grow because we hire only the best and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

In this position, you will
- Take inbound calls and inputting client information into CRM.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of CRM to develop a trusted relationship with our clients.
- Schedule appointments, communicate and support technicians.
- Take initiative to elevate the client experience, quickly resolve situations and focus on resolution.

This role is a strong fit if you have
- 2-5 years customer service experience in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multi task and handle high volume work load.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
