Compensation :

$70,000 - $120,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

• Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients, ensuring a quick and easy closing process
• Stay informed about local knowledge to answer client questions about potential homes and the surrounding community
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and find homes that meet those criteria
• Provide world-class customer service to build client trust and increase sales volume
• Consistently follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities

Qualifications :

• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Technology driven
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Self-motivation and drive
• Tech-savvy
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Preferred past sales experience
