AR Specialist
We are looking to hire an AR specialist with an analytical mind and great teamwork skills. AR specialists are expected to be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and meet department deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Post and apply daily payments
- Follow up with customers regarding payment status on open invoices
- Verify customer resale certificates
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Customer portal checks
- Prepares bank reconciliations and credit card transactions
- Resolve receivable issues and / or inquiries
- Prepare journal entries
- Assist with tax filings in various government agencies
- Complete end-of-month closing procedures
- Perform other duties as needed
- Follows all company policies and procedures

Requirements :
- Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude with creative solutions, ability to organize work with large amounts of information efficiently, manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to adapt to different support needs
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field, required.
- At least three years of related experience is required.
