Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full Time Hybrid In-Clinic and In-Home

We are thrilled to be designated as a Certified Autism Center™ (CAC) by The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), allowing us to offer specialized training opportunities for all of our ABA services providers.

Clinical Supervisors schedule regular sessions, at minimum weekly, to provide on-site direction sessions with the technician.

Technicians can plan and anticipate seeing their supportive Clinical Supervisor regularly! Technicians will have immediate access to Supervisors when needed during direct sessions.

RBTs maintain compliance with Board requirements for ongoing supervision with a team of highly supportive BCBAs. Our supervision tracking allows RBTs to access written supervision records as required by the Board.

RBTs have access to supervisor support in scheduled sessions and through informal communication in between scheduled supervision sessions.

S.E.E.K. uses diligent screening and assessment processes to ensure the safety for all in home and community settings.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Support clients to develop new skills and navigate unexpected learning opportunities
• Implement treatment plan goals under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst
• Collect data and complete session notes

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Pay :

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and credentials

Schedule :

Monday to Friday with availability between 8 : 00 am and 6 : 00 pm

Work Location :

In client homes, community, and clinic
