Position : Pharmacist
Setting : Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Hospital
Location : Louisville, KY
Start Date : ASAP
Duration : 13 weeks +; temp-to-hire potential
Schedule : Day shifts with occasional weekend rotation
Duties :
- Order verification and supervision of pharmacy technicians
- Consult with physicians and nurses on medication therapy
- Provide pharmacokinetics and other clinical services
Ideal Candidate :
- Active KY Pharmacist License
- Experience or exposure to inpatient pharmacy practice
