- Oversee the estimation process for construction projects from initiation to completion
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine accurate costs
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to develop comprehensive project estimates
- Utilize software's to prepare accurate bids
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Review and interpret construction contracts to ensure compliance with terms
