Why Wendy's
As a District Manager you will lead a team comprised of 4 to 6 Wendy's restaurants. You will be responsible for training and development of all employees to meet Wendy's goals and procedures.
What you can expect
As a District Manager you can expect to be trained for the position. You will be coached along your career. You can expect great pride when your teams grow and develop.
We work 50 hour work weeks or more depending how the restaurants teams are performing. You will be available 24 / 7 to help if needed to provide great customer satisfaction.
Starting salary is $70,000 + based on your experience. Paid vacation and sick days are provided. Other benefits discussed during interview.

You will be expected to work and perform in a professional manner at all times. You will be positive and self motivated to work with your teams to meet goals as established.
You will develop employees to become our leaders for the future. We expect you to provide insight and suggestions on how to help the company progress in all aspects.
