The Village at Mercy Creek, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is seeking Registered Nurses (RN's) to join our growing team on a PRN basis.
We are an Assisted Living community with a Memory Care Unit coming soon. The PRN Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care to the residents, supervise and coordinate activities performed by the Nursing Assistants, and ensure a high degree of quality care is maintained.
Additionally, they will be responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residents, keeping health care professionals informed of resident conditions, supervising other nurses, and attending in-service education.
Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Illinois RN license
- Recent clinical experience, education, and specialty skills specific to geriatrics
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
